The data you manage in Aam Digital is available for analysis and download through "Reports". A report is a database query that filters, calculates and connects any kind of data for you. This allows you to generate a list combining details from different record types, e.g. a list showing participants including information about their attendance in activities as well as their response in a separate survey.
Reports can also be downloaded as spreadsheets, so that you can use that data in other tools like MS Excel or Power BI for further analysis.
This feature is only included in Aam Digital's paid subscription, if you are using our SaaS platform.
To configure reports, please reach out to your user support contact. Setup at the moment still requires some technical knowledge.
