How to Remove Payment Details from Your Crowd Account

Managing your payment information on Crowd is simple and secure. This guide will walk you through the complete process of removing payment details from your Crowd account, including common issues you might face and how to solve them. Removing your Payment Details Step 1: Access Your Dashboard Settings 1. Log into your Crowd account on your main dashboard 2. Look for the three dots (⋯) at the bottom left corner of your screen 3. Click on the three dots to open the settings menu Step 2: Navigate to Workspace Settings 1. From the menu that appears, click on "Workspace settings" 2. This will open your account management area Step 3: Go to Billing Section 1. On the left side menu, you will see several options including: - General - Team - Billing ← Click here - Credits 2. Click on "Billing" to access your payment and subscription information Step 4: Access Card Details 1. In the Billing section, you will see information about your current subscription 2. Look for "Card details" section 3. Here you will see your current payment method. Step 5: Remove Your Payment Method 1. Click on "Update" next to your payment method 2. Look for a delete or remove option 3. Confirm the deletion when prompted Important Things to Know Why You Might Not Be Able to Delete Payment Details You must have at least one payment method on your account at all times. This is a security measure to ensure your Crowd service continues without interruption. To Successfully Remove a Payment Method: 1. Add a new payment method first by clicking "Add new payment method" 2. Set the new payment method as your default 3. Then delete the old payment method This ensures you always have at least one valid payment option on your account. Supported Payment Methods Important Note for All Users: - Crowd only accepts US Dollar cards. - Other currency cards are not supported at this time - Make sure your card is enabled for international transactions Troubleshooting Common Issues "I Can't Find the Delete Option" If you don't see a delete option: 1. Make sure you have more than one payment method added 2. Ensure the payment method you want to delete is not set as the default 3. Try refreshing the page and trying again "My Naira Card Won't Work" Unfortunately, Crowd currently only supports US Dollar cards in Nigeria. You will need: - A USD-enabled debit/credit card - A card that allows international transactions - Contact your bank to enable international payments if needed "I Only Have One Payment Method" You cannot remove your last payment method. To change it: 1. Add your new payment method first 2. Set it as the default 3.
