The Véora Collective is Véora’s membership benefit programme for people on an ongoing treatment journey. How do Véora Collective tiers work?

Membership tiers are based on uninterrupted active membership: Member from the start, Core Member after 6 months, and Inner Circle after 12 months. The current monthly medication benefit is €10 for Member, €20 for Core Member and €30 for Inner Circle. Tier upgrades are applied automatically, with adjustments taking effect on the next billing cycle. More information on the Véora website

Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel a monthly membership at any time using the dashboard cancellation function or by emailing support@joinveora.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Already-paid fees for the current billing period are not refunded where the related medical oversight, platform service or medication has been performed or made available. How do referral credits work?

The public Collective page lists referral credits of €100 for Member, €125 for Core Member and €150 for Inner Circle. It describes credits as growing with the length of your journey.
