You may cancel a monthly membership at any time using the dashboard cancellation function or by emailing support@joinveora.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Already-paid fees for the current billing period are not refunded where the related medical oversight, platform service or medication has been performed or made available.
