Resetting my password

Please note that before starting any of the steps on this page we would ask that you first clear your cache and cookies from your browser as these often times cause issues with login and password reset.

  • Myn does not require your password to login, if you enter your email address and click ‘Login’ we will send you a unique login link directly to your email.

If for any reason the passwordless link mentioned above does not work, you can still reset your password by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Login page by clicking here.

  2. At the bottom of the page, you will find a "Forgot your password" button. Click on it.

  3. Here you can enter your email address and a reset password email will be sent to you.

  4. Reset your password to a secure and memorable one.

  5. Note that the reset link is valid for one-time use only. If you encounter any issues while resetting your password, please repeat the above steps.

Update Your Password From Profile Page

If you are already logged into your Myn account, you can change your password by following these steps:

  1. Click on the "Account" tab located on the left-hand side menu bar of your profile page.

  2. From here you will need to navigate to the ‘Security’ tab and then choose the password reset option.

  3. You will be prompted to enter your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm the new password again.

  4. Click on the "Update Password" button to apply and save your changes.
