If you have forgotten your password and you're in a hurry you can access your Myn account using the Passwordless Login that you will find on the main Login Page.
Please note that before starting any of the steps on this page we would ask that you first clear your cache and cookies from your browser as these often times cause issues with login and password reset.

Click on the link.

This will take you to a new window where you will be asked to add your email address. Myn will send you an email with a unique link that will allow you to access your account without a password.
If for any reason the magic link mentioned above does not work, you can still reset your password by following the steps below:

Go to the Login page by clicking HERE.

At the bottom of the page, you will find a "Reset Password" button. Click on it.

An email will be sent to you with a "Reset Password" link. Click on it.

Reset your password to a secure and memorable one.

Note that the reset link is valid for one-time use only. If you encounter any issues while resetting your password, please repeat the above steps.
Reset From Profile Page
If you are already logged into your Myn account, you can change your password by following these steps:

Click on the "Account" tab located on the left-hand side menu bar of your profile page.

From here you will need to navigate to the ‘Security’ tab and then choose the password reset option.

You will be prompted to enter your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm the new password again.

Click on the "Update Password" button to apply and save your changes.
