Setting up my profile

When submitting your initial application to a job posted by Myn, it is necessary to create a Profile. This Profile will be generated based on the information provided in your resume and will showcase your experience, highlighting all relevant skills to ensure that you receive the most suitable recommendations for your desired position. Maintaining and updating your Profile regularly is crucial in enhancing your ranking within any candidate list. How to set up a Profile when making an application - Click the ‘Apply’ button on the advert. - Fill in your name, email, set your password and accept the terms & privacy policy. - Once you have filled in the required information, click apply. - You will then be brought to your account asking you to verify your email. - A code will have been emailed to you on application - fill this in here and verify your email. - You will then be asked to upload your resume. - Once you’ve uploaded your resume, you will then be asked about your right to work in the country the job is based in. - Finally, click ‘submit now’ and your application has been fully submitted. The tasks section you will see on the application information page will let you know if you have anything further you can do to help improve your application. As shown in the image below you have the option of clarifying skills on your application. Setting up your profile before an application - Go to the registration page by clicking here. - Enter your name and email address, and set a secure password. - Carefully read and accept the Terms and Conditions then click on ‘Create account’. - A code will have been emailed to you to verify your email - enter that at this point in the registration process. - Once verified, you will be asked to upload your resume or CV to showcase your experience and qualifications. - After your resume is uploaded we would suggest navigating to the ‘view account’ option in the bottom left of the screen. Here you will be able to set your preferred location, rates and your right to work. - Filling out all this information will allow our system to send you more accurate job recommendations with your preferred rate, location, etc.

Resetting my password

Please note that before starting any of the steps on this page we would ask that you first clear your cache and cookies from your browser as these often times cause issues with login and password reset. - Myn does not require your password to login, if you enter your email address and click ‘Login’ we will send you a unique login link directly to your email. If for any reason the passwordless link mentioned above does not work, you can still reset your password by following the steps below: 1. Go to the Login page by clicking here. 2. At the bottom of the page, you will find a "Forgot your password" button. Click on it. 3. Here you can enter your email address and a reset password email will be sent to you. 4. Reset your password to a secure and memorable one. 5. Note that the reset link is valid for one-time use only. If you encounter any issues while resetting your password, please repeat the above steps. Update Your Password From Profile Page If you are already logged into your Myn account, you can change your password by following these steps: 1. Click on the "Account" tab located on the left-hand side menu bar of your profile page. 2. From here you will need to navigate to the ‘Security’ tab and then choose the password reset option. 3. You will be prompted to enter your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm the new password again. 4. Click on the "Update Password" button to apply and save your changes.
