Installing Crowd on Your Website
Prerequisites
Before you can use feedback widgets, you need to install Crowd on your website. This is a crucial first step that enables all Crowd features.
Installation Process

Complete Installation: Follow the steps to start collecting insights

Click Complete Installation: This will guide you through the setup process

Get Your Tracking Code: Crowd will provide you with a unique tracking script

Add to Your Website: Install the tracking code in your website's header section

Creating Your First Feedback Widget
Widget Creation Process

Click "Create new widget" in the top right corner of the Widgets dashboard

Widget Information Cards
Each widget card shows:

Widget Name: Custom name you assigned

Status Badge: Current operational status

Creation Date: When the widget was created

Widget Icon: Visual representation of the feedback widget
Available Widget Statues you will see

Active: Currently live and collecting feedback from users

Inactive: Created but not currently collecting feedback

Draft: In development/configuration phase, not yet deployed
