What are the current treatment prices?

The current public rates are €349/month for 2.5 mg, €379/month for 5 mg, €459/month for 7.5 mg or 10 mg, €559/month for 12.5 mg, and €599/month for 15 mg. Prices are subject to medical approval. They cover medication, medical assessment, the pharmacy fee and Véora’s platform service. Shipping within the Netherlands is included unless stated otherwise. More information on the Véora website

What is the difference between ongoing treatment and a single order?

Ongoing Treatment creates a recurring monthly membership and includes continuous medical oversight. A Single Month Treatment is a one-off purchase and does not create a subscription. Single orders do not include membership benefits or the continuous monitoring that is part of an ongoing membership. More information on the Véora website

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed by an external licensed payment service provider, shown at checkout. Véora does not process or store full payment details itself. If a recurring payment fails, Véora sends a notification with the option to update the payment method. If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, the membership and next delivery may be paused until payment is settled. More information on the Véora website

How is medication delivered?

The affiliated pharmacy prepares and delivers prescribed medication only on the basis of a valid prescription from the treating physician. The public FAQ describes delivery to your door in temperature-controlled packaging, with tracking information. Delivery details and timing can depend on the prescription and pharmacy process. What if my delivery is damaged or incorrect?

If medication arrives damaged, incorrect, expired, or with a documented cold-chain issue, do not use it. Contact support@joinveora.com within 7 calendar days of receipt with your order reference, clear photos and a brief description. Véora coordinates with the pharmacy for a replacement. Do not return medication by post unless you are explicitly instructed to do so. More information on the Véora website
