🔔 Understanding Client Notifications in the Myn VMS Portal In the Myn VMS Portal, notifications help keep you updated on what's happening with your job requisitions (open roles you're hiring for). This guide explains the types of notifications you might receive and what each one means — along with what you should do next. 💡 Need help setting up notifications? Check out the separate guide called "Setting Up VMS Notifications." 📩 1. Requisition Submitted What This Notification Means: - A supplier has submitted a candidate to your job opening. Why You’re Getting It: - You created a job requisition, and now a supplier is sending you a candidate to review. What You Should Do: 1. Open the candidate’s profile. 2. Review their details (skills, experience, etc.). 3. Decide what to do next: - Move forward (e.g., schedule interview) - Reject the candidate - Leave them in review for now ✅ 2. Requisition Assignment Accepted What This Notification Means: - A supplier has accepted your request to work on a job opening. Why You’re Getting It: - You sent a requisition to a supplier, and they said yes — they’re now working on it. What You Should Do: - You don’t need to take any action right now. - Expect the supplier to start sending candidates soon. ✏️ 3. Requisition Drafted by Supplier What This Notification Means: - A supplier has created a job requisition on your behalf and wants your approval. Why You’re Getting It: - Instead of you writing the job post, the supplier drafted it for you. What You Should Do: 1. Open the drafted requisition. 2. Read it carefully. 3. Decide what to do: - Click Approve if everything looks good - Or send feedback if you want changes ❌ 4. Requisition Assignment Rejected What This Notification Means: - A supplier has declined to work on the job requisition you sent them. Why You’re Getting It: - You asked a supplier to help with a role, and they chose not to take it on. What You Should Do: - Option 1: Contact the supplier to ask why they declined. - Option 2: Assign the job to another supplier. ✏️ 5. Requisition Drafted by Supplier What This Notification Means: - Your supplier created a job requisition and sent it to you for approval. Why You’re Getting It: - You need to approve or reject your suppliers drafted requisition request.
