If you're a supplier using the Myn VMS Portal, you’ll receive different types of notifications that let you know what’s happening with your clients, candidates, and job requisitions. This guide explains what each one means and what you should do when you receive them.

📬 1. Client Invite Rejected

What This Notification Means:

  • The client you invited to join the Myn VMS Portal has declined the invitation.

Why You’re Getting It:

  • You sent an invite, and the client decided not to join (for now).

What You Should Do:

  • Consider following up with your client to understand their reasons.

  • Explore other ways to work with them outside the portal if needed.


âś… 2. Client Invite Accepted

What This Notification Means:

  • Good news! Your client accepted your invitation to join the portal.

Why You’re Getting It:

  • You invited them, and now they’ve joined successfully.

What You Should Do:

  • You can now start working together on the platform.

  • Begin sharing requisitions and candidates directly through the portal.


❌ 3. Offer Rejected

What This Notification Means:

  • A candidate turned down the offer you sent them.

Why You’re Getting It:

  • You made an offer through the portal, and the candidate declined it.

What You Should Do:

  • Review your other candidate options for the role.

  • Or, consider updating the offer and resending it.


🎉 4. Offer Accepted

What This Notification Means:

  • The candidate accepted your offer. Great news!

Why You’re Getting It:

  • You submitted an offer, and the candidate said yes.

What You Should Do:

  • Begin the next steps in the hiring process (onboarding, paperwork, etc.).

📥 5. Requisition Assignment Requested

What This Notification Means:

  • A client has asked you to take on a new job opening.

Why You’re Getting It:

  • They want you to help find candidates for this requisition.

What You Should Do:

  1. Open and read the requisition details.

  2. Decide if you can handle it.

  3. Click Accept or Reject in the portal.
