You can easily set up a prescreening interview with a pre-selected set of questions, allowing candidates to record their responses via video and submit them for your review.
To set up a prescreening interview, follow these steps:

Go to the applications page for the job vacancy the candidate has applied for.

Find the candidate you're reviewing.

Under the "Interviews" tab on the candidate's profile, click the "New Interview" button.

Two options will appear: "New Interview" and "New Prescreening Interview."

Select "New Prescreening Interview." A dropdown menu will show any interview templates available in your account.

Choose the template you want, and you'll see the list of questions the candidate will be asked in the prescreening interview.

Once you're satisfied with the questions, click the "Create Interview" button. The candidate will receive an email invitation to record and submit their responses.
