There are two types of invitations that can be generated for your talent pool.
These are internal and external.
Internal invitations would be sent to a candidate that already has a Myn account, whereas an external invite goes to someone who does not have a Myn account and needs to be invited to sign-up.
To send an internal invite you need to navigate to the talent pool you wish to invite them to and choose the invites tab at the top of the page. From here click 'create invite'. In the search bar you can then either enter the candidates name or email associated with their Myn account.
To send an external invite - navigate to the same page and again choose the option to 'create external invite' here you will have to input the candidates first and last name along with their email address and a message that will also display in the email to them.
