Once your event is confirmed with payment, the date is held exclusively for you — which is why our cancellation policy reflects the notice we need to try and rebook that time:

More than 4 weeks before your event: cancellation forfeits 50% of the total charges

Less than 4 weeks before your event: cancellation forfeits 100% of the total charges
If we need to amend or cancel your booking for reasons outside your control — weather, maintenance or site conditions — we'll always offer you an alternative time or a full refund. Full terms are set out in your Venue Hire Agreement, which we'll share when your event is confirmed.
This is separate to booking a standard court for a casual game, which follows our usual 24-hour cancellation window — please see our general court booking FAQs for that.
