What is a wager?

A wager is the total amount you need to bet before your deposited funds become available for withdrawal. When you make a deposit on the platform, you agree to place bets or participate in online casino games for 100% of the deposited amount. Once you have wagered the full amount, your balance becomes fully withdrawable. Example: If you deposit 300 INR, you need to place bets totaling 300 INR before you can withdraw your funds. You can meet this requirement by placing bets in the casino or in sports betting (with a minimum odds requirement of 1.3). As soon as the full amount is wagered, withdrawals become available immediately.

Withdrawal status: Cancelled

The payment request was canceled due to the use of the balance for placing the bet.

Withdrawal status: Declined

Please create the payment again. Be sure to check that the indicated bank details are correct.

Withdrawal status: Paid out

This status indicates that your withdrawal has been successfully paid. If you haven't received your withdrawal, please send us a PDF of your bank statement from the date of payment to the present day and our support team will help you.

Withdrawal status: In processing

The status of the payment is "In processing". This status means that your payment is in process. The regulated waiting time for payment confirmation is up to 24 hours.

How to make a withdrawal?

To make a withdrawal, simply go to My Profile and select the Withdrawal option. You can also access the same page from the Sports section, where the Withdrawal button is available as well. In mobile version click Menu button in top left corner Option Withdrawal will be there Once you’re there, fill in the required fields and submit your request by clicking Withdraw. For your first withdrawal, no profile verification is needed. Starting from your second withdrawal, you’ll be asked to confirm your email and phone number and ensure all the details in the Personal Data section are completed. After sending your request, just allow some time for processing. Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours, and once completed, the funds will be credited to your wallet.
