To order the withdrawal, go to the My profile page -> Withdrawal

In mobile Click "Menu" button In the top left corner. Scroll down there will be "Withdrawal" button
After loading the "Withdrawal" page Choose method and fill the necessary information.
Details about account email, phone number and name will be pre-filled based on information that is linked to your profile. Following fields must be entered by you.
Please note that for your first withdrawal you do not need to confirm your Profile Data information. But for the second and all subsequent withdrawals you will need to confirm your Email, phone number and fill out all fields on the Personal Data section.
Wait for the money to be credited to your wallet. You shouldn’t immediately contact with our technical support in order to get to know where your money, it can take up to 24 hours to be processed.
